STEP INTO MY TINY WORLD: The Hideaway Grove Apartment Complex
WOODSTOCK ARTISTS ASSOCIATION & MUSEUM OPENING RECEPTION
SATURDAY • JUNE 20
28 TINKER STREET • WOODSTOCK • NY • 4-6 PM
Join me at WAAM for the annual Far & Wide exhibition. This year is juried by Kenise Barnes and brings together artists from across the country. WAAM has been championing artists since 1920 in the heart of Woodstock, and I am so thrilled to be exhibiting there once again.
I’m excited to share a freshly-expanded installation of The Hideaway Grove Apartment Complex, presented in a wholly new configuration. This work is an immersive miniature world built entirely from ordinary household objects sourced from Houses of Thrift. I’ve assembled gems, wooden blocks, glittery ornaments, dollhouse staircases, porcelain figurines, and uncounted other found treasures into an intricate colony of tiny sculptures.
Constructed from vintage shelving and dollhouses, this installation is fully three-dimensional. You are invited to walk around it and discover details from every angle.

Every sculpture within The Hideaway Grove Apartment Complex will be available for purchase throughout the duration of the exhibit.

Thanks, as always, for reading, even if this wasn’t a latchkey story, but it kinda is… because all my sculptures act like latchkey kids.
